[Android] Add "Now playing animation" to the app.
It would be nice to have "now playing animation" similarly like music streaming apps, or PanoScrobbler handles it. The user would immediately see which track is scrobbling at the moment:
Great idea! I'll try and add this in the next version.
In addition to the animation, the now playing track should be highlighted so it stands out even more from the previous scrobbles. Similar to PanoScrobbler (blue highlighted). Thanks for your support!
The animation was added in https://github.com/nrubin29/finale/commit/cfae6abbd55cf0e5670004cac0a21e957a3bf640 and will be live in the next update.
@nrubin29 Thanks for adding the animation. I just got the upeate few hours ago from playstore.
However I think it would look even better if the now playing track was highlighted with a light color. That way the user would have it even easier to notice the now playing track. And adding source of playback would also be nice.
As you can see now playing track is highlighted from left to right edge with a light color in Pano:

Because especially when you're playing short titles there is a lot of awkward free space in-between the title and animation. Having the whole box highlighted would fix the issue.
