Bidirectional ruler/measurement tool for oncology response assessments

Description of the new feature/enhancement
Can we have a bidirectional length measurement tool in Weasis? This is important for various Oncology response assessment methods like RECIST 1.1 for lymph node assessment where short axis measurements are required.
Behaviour of the tool should be as follow: To measure the short axis, the longest diameter of a lymph node or nodal mass will need to be identified first and then the widest perpendicular diameter needs to be measured as the short axis (widest dimension perpendicular to the longest diameter in the long axis). The reviewer will choose the slice of the lymph node with the longest in-plane diameter for measurement. The reviewer will use the bidimensional tool to first measure the longest in-plane diameter of the lymph node and then adjust the perpendicular measurement to capture the widest perpendicular dimension of the node.
