Wont launch
Describe the bug. What happened?
Windows 11, got a CD with weasis it used to work on win 10 but now it wont launch opening weasis.exe or decomizer.exe they load plugins and then close when they finish. Sometimes I get "Failed to launch JVM"

It doesnt create boot.log. I did change base.json "felix.log.level" to 4, "org.apache.sling.commons.log.level" to DEBUG, "org.apache.sling.commons.log.file.activate" to true but there are no log files.
That's strange because the boot log is written in any situation without configuration. Was this CD created by Weasis or by a third-party company?
afaik it was created with DICOM export, its structure is DICOM,viewer folders and a bat file to run weasis
This issue has been tested with Weasis 4.4.0 and Windows 11 24H2 (build 26100.3624) and is not reproducible. However, please note that another issue related to DICOMDIR export #586 has been identified and fixed in version 4.5.1.
We need a reproducible test case with a clear procedure to investigate this issue further. Please ensure that the issue is related to the packages of a public release version.
