Coarse and fine control of window and level sliders using shift, control, or alt keys

It is difficult to dial a precise level and window using the sliders, especially if the image dynamic range is very large.
Description of the new feature/enhancement
Once the slider is selected, the arrow keys allow for very fine adjustment of level and window, changing it by one.
I want the shift key to change it by 10, and ctrl key to change it by 100; for example. Using the mouse, especially with touchpads or lower resolution mice is difficult.
Having coarse and fine keyboard control over these sliders would help immensely.
