DICOM Seg not showing in v4.3.0

Describe the bug. What happened?

I try to open a DICOM seg.

In v4.2.1, the DICOM seg opens normally.

In v4.3.0, the DICOM seg does not open.

What version of Weasis are you running?

v4.3.0

On which system the problem occurs?

Windows

Until version 4.3.0, DICOM SEGs were displayed as binary images. This was not very relevant.

From version 4.3.0, segmentation regions are displayed directly on the corresponding images. See also DICOM objects generated by artificial intelligence
