Customize the annotations size when dicom printing

When selecting different annotation sizes and sending to dicom print, the DPI of the image can change the size of the annotations. Some DPI can set the annotations impossible to read.

It would be good to set the annotation size prior to printing in a way that the length and width could be put in mm/cm/inches. That way in the film everything is nice and clear.

Other solution is to increase the fontsize. I have seen that in the new release (4.0.1 when i'm writing) we have a select of sizes to choose, but when dicom printed all sizes are still to small in higher DPI.

I am aware that the DICOM print part is far from perfect and suffers from several problems and that ideally it would be necessary to have a print preview but that requires a lot of work, see this post.

Moreover, this work had been proposed by a developer but was never integrated because the process did not work properly and suffered from difficult problems.

Unfortunately with the amount of time I can devote to this project, I can't make it a priority.

However, I want to dissociate the management of layouts for display and print. Maybe then it will be easier to change the font size according to the dpi and zoom.
