I'm also seeing 500 errors on redmine 1.1.1. I'm able to access issues without lightbox-able attachments, but creation or viewing of issues with viewable attachments cause a 500 error.

It turns out this is related to running on Chiliproject 3.0.0. The plugin is compatible with 2.7.0, but fails on v3. I suspect this is related to the attachment handling...
