Add semi-automatic instance derivation
The generic module is an all-or-nothing affair. It would be better to let users only derive instances for the types they need.
Ideally, we'd have a kantan.csv.generic.auto and kantan.csv.generic.semiauto packages.
The problem is that this would break backwards compatibilty...
