How do I use / download this??

Hi I'm totally new to github, and am not really well-versed in computer coding at all.

It seems like you have a workaround for creating app-specific profiles, so that whenever I switch to a different app or program on my computer (MacOS), it should also make Karabiner automatically switch my profile to the one I want??

How do I download and use your "build" or app or fix or whatever it's called?? (especially for someone who doesn't know almost anything about coding)
