How to compute histogram mentioned in paper from overhead_features?

Hello,

The paper mentions the lidar being a 200x200x2 matrix:

However, the overhead_features in the public dataset is a matrix of shape 200x200x4. How do I compute the 2-bin histogram from the provided features?
