Keep tooltip if the mouse move into the tooltip area

I would like to propose an enhancement:

When Close tooltip on mouseout is checked, make the tooltip stay after the mouse-out if the mouse goes in the tooltip area.

This would be very useful to keep the map very interactive but at the same time give the user the possibility to interact with the tooltip.
