Add all geometry errors in parallel runs

The geometry error limit is applied to each job in parallel, but in the final egslog, the number of errors in each job is not summed up and reported. It's not immediately clear to the user that this is happening.

Would be nice to add up the errors across all jobs and report the total number of errors at the end of a parallel run.
