Enhancement: Multilingual user interface

If it's possible, why won't we add language localisations for this application? I can help with Russian, if it matters.

The few menu items could be translated..but is that really worth it? And translating the stuff in the class view or property view wouldn't make much sense, since they describe the internals of the style and can't be googled successfully in other languages.

But thanks for the help, i appreciate it! If you are familiar with C++ you could fork the repository and help developing tho. My time and motivation has its limits ;)

But descriptions of the properties could be, at least! I mean those descriptions which are available through adding a property on the right side of the window.

Sorry, but I'm not familiar with any of programming languages, I mostly help with apps' locales. 😅

In an unfinished experimental version (where i used another UI library) i had the descriptions always visible. Never came to implement it for the current versions however :/

I'll let you know if i need EN<>RU translation. But for now I not really in a programming mood ;)
