No response after pressing the “save” icon

Win7

Expected behavior After clicking on the save icon, the modified .msstyles file should save.

Actual behavior When click on the save icon, nothing happens.

Additional context After making a few changes to .msstyles, the application does not save the changes. I have to close the program and do everything over again. It happens randomly, but I have noticed that more changes (say 5) cause the .msstyles not to save. What I do is that I make one or two changes and save the file, close the program. I open again... No error message.

Edit I noticed that other buttons like “replace” also become inactive.

Do you get the "Save Visual Style" dialog, where you choose the save destination?

If you don't see the save dialog: Have you tried if Explorer is still able to open? I have the same problem with a probably damaged msstyle and (atleast in my case) the whole Explorer can't start if it's applied and so does the save dialog.
