This might happen because MIUI tries to save battery and stops apps running in background. Disabling battery optimizations for p!n in your device settings could solve this issue. More information for your system and an useful resource on this topic I have found here.

Although, notifications should not be affected by this. Please let me no if disabling battery optimizations for p!n resolved this issue. If not, does this only happen on the lock screen? And does the time at which the notifications disappear depend on the snooze time set via the left button in the apps user interface?

i already have tried that before , and also after your comment . but it does not resolve this issue.

does this only happen on the lock screen? no.

snooze time set via the left button in the apps user interface = 12 h

p.s : my android user interface language is Arabic .

I managed to reproduce the bug only once (with language set to Arabic) and couldn't find out what caused it yet. I will try to find the cause and resolve this bug in a future update.

I have that happen, too (on LineageOS 16, corresponding to AOSP Pie/9), with German localization.

i have found the solution , just lock the app from tasks , while you are writing pin.
