Fixed lines with bad country names, reordered the list by ID number, removed "Unknown" with id-1
There are 61 entries with a space before the entry for "callsign". These correlate to the callsign and country being wrong. I'm guessing these were imported improperly from another data...
Should id numbers get removed? Presumably they are tied to something somewhere but they are not sequential and thus to anyone who doesn't have the initial database they feel fairly...
