Allow force rendering the top h1 of a readme

The top heading on Redux-Majic (npm, GitHub) isn't different enough from the package name, and the renderer suppresses it by default. I really like the heading and would love for it to show on the npm module page.

It would be awesome to be able to force the heading to render when publishing a package.
