Looking to be able to type a partial string match in a MultiLine list picker.
I would like to be able to start typing in a MultiLine widget and have the list of choices narrowed down to only those list items that match.
(This is particularly useful for lists with large numbers of members.)
Edit: Looks like this exists. I'm wondering if we can make the behavior more intuitive. IE: you start typing without having to know the filter keys : l, L, n, p.
There are different ways to do this. Try pressing 'L'.
More complex widgets can also be built based around 'mutt-style' forms. There are some examples of this included

Not sure if you saw my edit. "Edit: Looks like this exists. I'm wondering if we can make the behavior more intuitive. IE: you start typing without having to know the filter keys : l, L, n, p."
I misunderstood your comment. I'll look at the mutt style forms and see if they are more intuitive.
