Build every commit, add a test to verify that linkage is correct and add badge in README

Travis builds are done here https://github.com/radare/radare2-extras/commit/b36da8ef589de65d42df975e3de317bf7a6c3249

but those only happen after a commit in radare2-extras, not r2frida
