Improve handling of multiple clients per executable

The OBS plugin now prefers newer clients (resolves #263). It also removes duplicate entries of the same executable in the properties window as find_matching_client would just pick the newest one (or oldest one prior to the patch).

Tested games:

  • Cyberpunk 2077
  • osu!
  • Detroit: Become Human
  • Sober
