How to capture Mangohud with Flatpaks?

So i have Flatpak install of OBS, Steam, Vkcapture and Mangohud. How would one capture Mangohud along with game and steam overlay with game capture?

I can set environment variables with Flatseal. Steams overlay and the game are being captured. Only problem i have is that Mangohud isn't captured.

What is captured depends entirely on the order of all Vulkan layers that are loaded. See #14
