VkCapture will not capture games

the issue is that no matter which game I launch, no matter which command parameters i put in, obs will not capture any games using vkcapute version 1.4.9. all my other info is in the text files info.txt pc info.txt steam info.txt

Here's your issue most likely, OBS isn't using your GPU OpenGL driver.

Maybe you are missing some packages? Please note EGL is used there, not GLX.

Otherwise you'll have to ask at nvidia support forums.
