feat(api): add update endpoint
What change does this PR introduce?
Adds endpoint to update via patching the Layout properties from the UI.
Why was this change needed?
Just in case our users need to modify any of the modifiable parameters of a layout they have already created. What it has not been done yet is the automatisation when a layout is updated (or created) as default and there is already a default layout in the environment.
