fix(ws|webhook): socket versions match

What change does this PR introduce?

Upgrading some of the socket packages versions to match the ones existing, for webhook package. Also removing a unused package that connects to Redis.

Why was this change needed?

There has been requests from users that they are getting this error:

websocket.js:124 WebSocket connection to 'wss://ws.novu.co/socket.io/?token=SECRETSTUFF*&transport=websocket' failed: Invalid frame header
