[FEATURE REQUEST] Add option to launch Novu docs in jarvis cli

I recently got to know about Jarvis, a cli tool to help new contributors and maintainers navigate our code base and perform everyday tasks such as running part of the monorepo, testing, automatically installing and building dependencies.

🎤 Why is this feature needed ?

Adding a option to launch Novu docs in Jarvis cli will make it more comprehensive for new contributors and maintainers

✌️ How do you aim to achieve this?

By making appropriate changes in jarvis cli code base
