📜 Description

On small devices, the Squad Create Form is overflowing, and the background of the form is scrolling.

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Sign In to HackSquad
2. Go to create a new squad

👍 Expected behavior

The background should become blurred or have reduced opacity when the create new squad form is open and the width of the form should be less.
