Double quotes in file names prevent tsfiles to be included properly

Including a file like this doesn't work:

#+CAPTION: Example using double quotes.
#+ATTR_HTML: :alt There is no alternative text.
#+ATTR_HTML: :align center :width 500 :linked-image-width none
[[tsfile:2021-09-26 This "has" a double quote.jpg][2021-09-26 This "has" a double quote.jpg]]

Somehow, the double quotes introduces a bug. Maybe it's within lazyblorg, maybe it's caused by the underlying Memacs process for tsfile: links.
