Password-protected hidden sharing

There are certain people in my vicinity with whom I would like to share all my hidden posts, which I keep hidden to the public due to their personal nature. I was thinking about a tag page for the hidden tag, which is somehow password-protected for example via .htaccess, any ideas? Rudimentary implementations suffice.

Hm, how about a switch in the config which controls if the tag-page for hidden is created or not?

that is an idea, I also now realized I could simply deploy a second blog including all posts with the hidden tag under a cryptic URL, is there any search engine indexing by default?

I'm sorry. I'm not up-to-date with possibilities to search engine index crawlers.

If you've got really sensitive content to protect, use .htaccess (independent from lazyblorg) in order to be on the safe side.
