Add Build instructions to README or Wiki page

Seeing as how we tend to have slight issues when it comes to having new contributors start building, we should probably write some steps to build NovelRT.

Included sections would be:

  • Prerequisites
  • Building using the automated build scripts
  • Building manually (without using build.cmd)

This could be added to a Wiki page, and then linked to the readme, or it could be just added directly to the readme.

We have these in the readme now - can we close this issue? Or should we keep it open until we have a wiki?

I think we should consider this proposal in a more elaborate context. The readme is great, however there's so much more we could do, not to mention the fact we don't have any complete samples at the moment.
