Add a getting started readme in samples for the engine

It would help a lot for people who want to try using the engine as the sample doesn't give a clear enough picture of how the engine actually works. I think it would be beneficial for the engine to have a simple getting started guide so new people would be less intimidated by the example - sharing how the engine works and the basics of making a very simple level with it.
