Implement change of description only for GoGrid nodes

lc-gg-node-edit requires -s <size_id> parameter mandatory and -d optional.

There are usecases where description change only is required, without node resizing (that involves node reboot). It is worth to have -s <size_id> parameter being optional: if -d supplied only, then the tool changes description only.
