A snapshot of the current state of work ~~Later work is currently blocked by "WeightNotComputable" error I reported to parity. I will try to investigate it more later on~~ Full teleport dry run works

Next steps:

  1. Make transfer_assets_using_type_and_then work
  2. Check reserver transfers
  3. Combine simulation with graph contruction
  4. Prepare code for production
