[HOME] Import of Ionic projects should be possible

It should be possible to add existing projects which were created using Ionic. Therefore the project structure has to match the "order by component-type" (currently) or "order by function" (prospectively) pattern.

Also the package.json has to be compared to the existing version to guarantee a working plugin combination, as well as the Gruntfile.
