[FEAT]: open .strm files with nova

Description

kodi has a nice feature with these .strm files:

these are simple text files containing a single url. The great thing is that kodi treats them as regular video or audio content. the library indexes these files. You can rename the file to help the indexer if the url has an obscure name, you can move the files in folder for better organization.

It would be great if nova could recognize and open these files too.

I like that feature, I use it a lot in kodi, it would be nice to see on Nova.
