[FEAT]: Enable playing non-standard extensions

Description

I have re-encoded most of my audio and video library and I use a custom extension for such A&V. I can't play these in nova as it does not recognize them. I have no issue in VLC and MX.

Could you add a setting to add custom extensions? They are basically mkv h265 videos, AAC, or V9. If I rename one as mkv it works fine but I don't want to have to rename all the files and that cause the problem of not easily identifying recoded files and various other issues.

Also, as I'm new to Nova, I would like to disable any scanning of media as I'm trying to get away from VLC. I have a rather large library and several TB of data and I don't want to scan it nor create any thumbnails or anything like that. I just want a simple player that can play a directory of files with automatic moving on to the next file after it is finished. I don't know if Nova can disable scaning of files and if it automatically moves to the next file or not because of the first issue. If it can't do either of these things(I imagine it can) then I'd like to add those to the list. VLC, for some reason, when I disable the media library won't see any other files. I guess this is because I use send * to it to VLC and that prevents VLC from working through the directory.
