[Bug]: External subtitles are not forced when marked as forced by the filename

Problem description

External subtitles that are marked as forced by the filename, i.e., Movie Name (2006).en.forced.srt are not forced.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Play a video with external subtitles that are marked as forced by the filename, i.e., Movie Name (2006).en.forced.srt.

Tested with both the internal video player and when using an external player (Just Video Player) with the same behaviour using both options.

Expected behavior

External subtitles marked as forced by the filename are forced and are treated the same way as subtitles that are embedded in a mkv with the forced flag.
