[Bug]: Switching back to phone layout, breaking interface size

Problem description

Layout size not resetting when switching from tv layout back to phone layout but resizing button not being available in phone layout.

Steps to reproduce the issue

When choosing tv layout, you can set the interface size. After changing it, but then going back to mobile layout, the size is still set for the tv layout, but the option to change the layout size is hidden. This may result in a tiny mobile user interface. Currently the user has to switch back to tv layout to change it for the phone layout.

Expected behavior

When going back to mobile layout, the layout size should either be reset to normal phone size, or the ability to set layout size should be visible in both tv and phone layout.
