[FEAT]: install with Notifications permissions by default

Description

I've installed the player for the first time on Android 14 device and after switching to "Window mode" and moving it to the background or turning audio only mode there's no straight way to restore the controls (or simply stop the playback). The reason for this is missing Notification permission (probably the permanent notifications one) - after manually granting it all seems to work fine.
