[FEAT]: RTSP stream PAUSE [aos-avos]

Description

When playing an RTSP stream pausing it should issue PAUSE command to the server.

This feature is already implemented in various backends, like libstagefright, live555 (RTSPClient::sendPauseCommand) so it works in players like VLC.
