[FEAT]: Playback speed improvements

Description

The main improvement I would like to see is that a set speed is preserved if a file is resumed later. Another would be to have a setting in addition to the one to "Keep this setting globally" to keep it for all files within the same folder and, perhaps, all files with similar names (this would be tricky, but if feasible would be useful). Also, it would be nice to be able to have the button for adjusting this directly accessible on the main UI without having to go into the menu (as well as others, so perhaps the UI could be configurable so users can choose what actions they want direct access to). Another improvement would be to allow tapping on the speed to revert back to 1x, and tapping again to go back to what it was before (i.e. speed up to 1.5x, tap the 1.5 to go to 1, then tap that to go back to 1.5). And finally, as has been mentioned before, allowing faster than 2x, which I know hasn't been done yet due to buffering issues, but what about local playback?
