How can I install/require?

I think, Add to your composer.json "repositories":[ { "type": "vcs", "url": "https://github.com/nov/jose-php.git" } ]

and

require": {"gree/jose": "^2.2.1"}

There is package registered in packagist gree/jose so you may just require it: composer require gree/jose
