Redmine 5.0.3 (BitNami) was fine behavior after installing plugin but some time ago feature seems as not avalable. Could you please demonstrate with screenshots where and how the administrator should be able to log in under a different name?

Same here on redmine 5.0.5. Plugin installed correctly redmine/apache restarted and plugin shows up under settings -> plugins. Sadly, there is no "Impersonate" button on the profile or edit page.

@nounderline can you please share a screenshot where the button should be seen?

Found it!

You have to be logged in as admin and go to: Administration -> Users -> Select User you want to impersonate -> In the Top row (where the username is showing) -> Press "Impersonate".
