Display line number for indent_char errors

As a lint user, I want editorconfig-tools to display the line number of the first occurrence of indent_char failures, so that I can find the offending line more easily in my codebase.

I just published eclint and it reports line numbers for everything but charset and final newline, which wouldn't really make sense.
