Add Online Support

Give players the option to play against each other over the internet.

  • [ ] Create server
  • [ ] Add "online" option for enemies
  • [ ] Create server interface to allow client to talk to server

The server would assign who goes to play first by whomever joins first. After a round is finished it should run again but switch roles.
