Feature request: Starting group chats by selecting multiple users

Expanding an idea from #317: ability to select multiple friends at once.

It could be tedious to add every chat member by using 'drag&drop'. Multiple users selection would be nice interface for this.

1. Select multiple users with ctl/shift + click.
2. Chat area should show the message 'type a subject to start a group chat'.
3. User confirms group chat by typing a subject in the message box and hits ⏎ return.
4. New group chat is created with selected users.
