A way to 'mute' friends

@zetok why do you want to block a friend? I.e. what are you trying to gain as opposed to just removing them?

@GrayHatter technically, "blocking" is removing friend. Gain is that one is able to re-add friend when only public key is available, and whole process is transparent to the user.

Really, you should look at how Toxic implements it.

I.e. imagine a situation where a friend gets drunk or just has a super crappy day and starts taking it out on you and what you wanna do is simply block him/her for a moment so that his/her rage doesn't bother you. Think of the block as of a big temporary "mute" button.
