Amount of the scrolled lines doesn't adjust to the window size

I can come close in linux, but don't have this issue in either linux of win32, are you still seeing this?

It fixes the issue, but it makes scrolling step too small on larger window sizes.

yeah, I figured that would happen. I'm trying to decide how I want to get window height, and then what I want to do with that information.
