It's a great tool, did it used Microsoft Windows API? Can it compile for Linux or macOS?

Seems compatible with Linux. Base libraries are target to netstandard2.0; And although CLI targets to netframework472, I didn't found any platform specific P/Invoke code.

I tried it on macOS and it works. I simply download Visual Studio then build & run this project with the command described in the README file.
