Shows message "This demonstration device is either missing content or is disconnected from the network"

After I typed in ;enter_demo, it's been stuck on the message and the kindle doesn't let me click anything. I tried restarting multiple times, but the screen comes up every time. I'm on the version 5.16.2.1.1. Kindly tell me how to fix it
