Update_hotfix_languagebreak file - Copy to Kindle

Where can I find the Update_hotfix_languagebreak .bin file? The only place I have that seems like it might have it is the Utils file, but none of the files in this are .bin. I only have .patch; .sh; .py

They're in the .tar.gz file which you need to download from the Releases section.
